Processing & delivery times
Order processing and verification usually takes up to 1 business day. You will always receive an email once your order is processed, along with a tracking number.
Standard units ship free from our New York or Australia warehouse and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Units that we pre-configure for you — with a custom Bluetooth name or passcode — ship from our China facility and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
Shipping is free on every order.
Changes To Orders
Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items/addresses in the order.
Incorrect Addresses
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, blafili assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.
If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We take responsibility for lost or stolen packages and will ship a replacement or refund these orders.
