Where is my box?
Your order number starts with # — it's at the top of the confirmation email we send from yourfriends@a.blafili.com. Enter it with the billing email you used at checkout, and we'll pull the live delivery status. No login needed.
What the statuses mean
Processing
Payment received — your unit is tested, packed and usually ships within 1 business day. Units we pre-set for you ship from our China facility.
Completed
Handed to the carrier. The tracking number in your shipping email follows the parcel door-to-door.
Once it ships, the carrier feed adds the familiar steps — Shipped → Out for delivery → Delivered — in your tracking link.
