✓ Verified purchase on AmazonI bought the blafili BiCast to stream audio wirelessly from my mixer to Bluetooth speakers, and it has worked really well for my setup. The biggest advantage for me is the XLR input, which makes it much more suitable for professional audio gear than typical Bluetooth adapters.
Pairing was straightforward, and I really like that it can stream to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. That makes it very useful for events, rehearsals, and small PA setups where I want more flexibility without running extra cables everywhere.
The sound quality has been solid, with stable connection and very low hassle once everything is set up correctly. The battery life is also a big plus, especially for portable use. I also appreciate the USB-C audio input option, which gives me more ways to use it depending on the situation.
One important thing to understand is that this is designed for line-level audio from mixers or similar equipment, not for microphones directly. As long as you use it for the right purpose, it does exactly what it promises.
Overall, this is a very practical and well-designed Bluetooth transmitter for mixers, PA systems, and other pro audio applications. I’m happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple wireless audio solution.
✓ Verified purchase on AmazonI use the blafili BiCast to send audio from a mixer to Bluetooth speakers, and it’s been a very convenient solution for quick setups. The XLR input makes it easy to integrate with pro audio gear, and pairing is straightforward. What I like most is the ability to stream to two Bluetooth speakers at the same time, which is great for small events, rehearsals, and temporary setups where running long cables isn’t ideal.
Sound quality is solid for Bluetooth, and it’s been stable in my testing as long as the speakers are within a reasonable range and there aren’t too many wireless devices nearby. Overall, it’s a practical tool for anyone who wants to add wireless playback to a mixer/PA workflow without complicated configuration.
Review from AmazonI have been using this blafili Bicast transmitter with my mixer for 2 weeks and it works great. The build quality is nice and strong with a solid housing for travel. I love that it uses Bluetooth 5.2 because the connection is stable as a breeze. It is a simple to use tool that lets me stream to 2 receivers at once for my stock video work. The sound is clear with zero lag. This is a high quality solution for any pro who needs to cut the cables.

★★★★★ (5 Stars): A 5 star rating indicates the product meets my expectations for its purpose.
Review from AmazonI use this device in my recording studio. I already have the 1/4” version of this device and I use it almost daily. This XLR version serves basically the same purpose but will go directly into a an XLR jack on my mixing console. I’ve used it now for several recording sessions and it works perfectly. Bluetooth connectivity was simple and the connection was solid and noise free.
Review from AmazonIt only has 2 buttons and it is extremely easy to use. It pairs quickly and is very easy to use. It is important that you know that this is for connecting to mixers and PA systems, it cannot be plugged into a microphone to make it cordless. The battery seems to last a long time, I haven't needed to charge it yet. It's about half the size of a microphone so it will easily fit in a gear bag. It can be used to transmit audio out of a mixing board or PA Line out to a bluetooth receiver. It works to relay your audio wirelessly over a range. I've only used it a few times but It had no difficulty connecting from the output of my small mixing board to a bluetooth speaker at about 50 feet away. I'm sure I'll find more use cases soon.
The Bicast XLR & USB-C Bluetooth 5.2 Audio Transmitter is a really solid solution for turning a mixer or PA system into a wireless streaming setup. Once connected, the audio quality is impressive. The aptX HD/Adaptive support delivers clear, low-latency sound, and I was able to stream to two Bluetooth speakers at the same time without noticeable dropouts.
The XLR and USB-C options make it very versatile, especially for DJs, small events, or live setups. The build feels professional, and the 16-hour battery life is more than enough for long sessions or events. It’s compact, portable, and doesn’t add clutter to the setup.
The only downside is that pairing and initial connection can be a bit tricky. It took a few tries to get everything synced correctly, especially when connecting two speakers. The instructions could be clearer, and there’s a small learning curve if you’re not used to Bluetooth transmitters.
That said, once it’s set up, it works reliably and sounds great. Overall, this is a powerful and flexible wireless audio solution — just be prepared to spend a little extra time getting it connected the first time.
Review from AmazonI have other Blafili Bluetooth transmitters and receivers, but none with a XLR input to transmit Bluetooth, so I figured I'd try this out. It connected easily to one of my other Blafili receivers and worked as expected. I connected one speaker via cable as I usually do, and the other with these units to compare the quality, delay, etc.
Initially, there was a significant delay with this unit compared to the wired speaker, but then I took the time to thoroughly read the manual and found that the Bluetooth audio profile can be selected by double clicking the Power button. Entering a lower latency mode made the audio output within milliseconds of my wired speaker. Using a combination of wired and this might still be annoying if the speakers are right next to each other, but for using one speaker nearby and another far away you probably wouldn't notice the delay due to the distance.
The line level on this is also a little low compared to a cable. You'll either need to jack up your speaker input volume setting, or increase it on your mixer significantly. Finally, when using the XLR connection, it is mono only - while the device can connect to two Bluetooth receivers at once, the audio would be mono using XLR unless you had one of these units for each XLR channel.
Overall, it's a handy device to have in the toolkit for broadcasting wirelessly. It could even do in a pinch to replace a damaged cable. It would be best suited for mono audio which can tolerate a miniscule delay, such as a microphone input with someone speaking.
